Awful playcalling and Burris once again doesn't show up.

I don't recall that game, but over the numerous NFL and CFL games I watch, NFL refs are a lot more consistent and making the right calls in comparison to the CFL games.
And yes accountability does matter. Because that ref is going to get negative attention afterwards for making a mistake that dictated the result of a game. It motivates better officiating, something the NHL and CFL can use.
