Calgaryborn. I seriously doubt that there are many circumcised men/boys (if any) going around wishing that they were cut. Seems like a strange argument for doing something. If they aren't going to really care, why are we cutting off this part of the penis?
Circumcision is best done if there is a medical reason for it. It has nothing to do with age.
