Walmart basically reduced their ability to serve express customers by 50-75% and by forcing an employee off the regular tills and into that second express lane from time to time, has found a way to slow everybody down.

Not kidding at all. If your closest Wal-Mart isn't the Marlborough one you are a lucky man. It is the busiest in Calgary and one of the busiest in Western Canada.
