I love self-checkouts. The only frustration I have is that the shelf is too small. I used to be a cashier and am as fast on self-checkout as any cashier is. I wish I had more space to put my stuff and it frustrates me when I need to push the "Remove Item" button every time I take one of the bags off of the shelf.
