have you ever had to make an emergency maneouver while fuffy was on your lap? Personally, I could never understand why someone would want a dog on their lap while they are driving - i mean i love my wife and kids, but would not want them on my lap while piloting down deerfoot..
i am not sure why some would feel this is a cash cow for the government - if you don't want eddie to get your after-tax monies, then put yer phone down while driving......
