I don't get why that is the defacto complaint about Windows Phone 7 (not from you, tech blogs, podcasts etc). Cut and paste is such a pain on the iPhone that I have used it about half a dozen times since it was put into the software. No doubt the Windows software is missing something, but the cut and paste is pretty a meh complaint IMO. I guess the larger complaint is that it's missing many little things.
I haven't used it, but it looks like a pretty credible OS. I'll be interested to see where it goes in the coming months. I bet updates will be coming out pretty frequently once it gets going.
