The only thing I can think of is that it's being used to make it seem like the plaintiff was particularly sought out by the bar, thereby increasing the duty of care owed relative to the rest of the people in the bar. It seems like a pretty weak claim unless it's based on specific actions directed specifically towards her, which doesn't seem to be the case.
Oh, she's also not above average at all. I don't know where some of you guys live, but I pity you.
