No problem, I know. Nobody cares about my opinion of her chances for success, so it was really just a way to throw a shot at the ludicrousness of her thought processes in actually suing the bar. Sure there is some validity to the idea that the bar singles out attractive women to make the bar more popular, but ultimately self-responsibility has to play a much bigger part. Otherwise, no bar should ever have a ladies night again for fear of this kind of lawsuit.
