Personally, I think it is time for a change in the entire coaching staff in Miami. Along BP, these guys have brought them back to a respectable level but that all make some major mistakes during games that seems to cost the team.
Apparently Henne had no idea that Pennington was going to start this week. He was informed as he watching film of the Titans. Still not sure why the move is being made but it might be an indication that the organization is not happy with Henne's development, not all of that should be put on him though. Its going to be interesting to see what the Fins do at the draft. They clearly need a young RB and maybe now a QB as well.

Completely disagree. There's a need to make some changes, but a fullscale overhaul is a massive overreaction and completely couterproductive to building a winning team. You don't replace an entire staff 3 years into a rebuild that has been an overall success, that's ridiculous. All that does is guarantee a few more years of growing pains, at which point you do what? Replace the staff again?
