I don't understand how being "attractive" or not has anything to do with this.
It's a dance floor in a nightclub. If it was somehow dangerous because of the club owner's negligence, she could have a case; if it wasn't, she doesn't.
I've never been to the Roadhouse, but I've been to my fair share of nightclubs around the world, and no one has ever prevented me from going onto the dance floor, and I will honestly say that I don't fall into anyone's definition of "attractive".
If she had just sued because she felt they did something wrong, no one would likely have given this a second thought. Instead, they go for the "attractive" angle, and she just opens herself up to ridicule.
