You have to click on the "84002w2ks3agplogo.zip" filename and then it should download the file. Depending on if you have IE or Firefox it'll ask you where to download it to (Firefox defaults to the desktop). Then you have to unzip the file.

Once unzipped, find the file called S3SAVG4.INF and right click on it and choose Install.

That should install the drivers, and you'll probably have to reboot and set your resolution after the reboot (sometimes it changes after updating the driver).
