It's brand new, so IR is going to be a little more obvious in the first 200 or so hours (according to any research I have done). As long as it is temporary I am OK with it.
And I think I explained why I choose the Samsung over the Panasonic earlier in the thread. It's not like I have a ton of choice at Costco. And if I'm going to pay the same price anywhere I go then I will take the free extended warranty and 90 day return policy any day.
