I personally don't care what you do on your own time and in your own life, having said that, I have just as much of a right to not associate with people who do. Fair enough. Basically, I find myself not associating with the people after I find out it's their hobby. I don't go out of my way to avoid them, or blacklist them, but I know the moving apart happens.

I should clarify what I mean by hobby: basically anyone who talks about doing it. I don't let the world know every time I have a cup of tea, or even every 20th time I have one.
