What I've argued against in the past is that expecting to get an elite player in the late 1st, or 2nd is probably an unrealistic expectation. Sure we'd love to get an elite player outside the top 15 and it does happen every once in a while. But if you are expecting that then your expectations are unrealistic because history shows that its a very rare thing.
