If we are talking about people going less than the speed limit than yes stick to the right... if you are talking about speeding than Shut the F up and don't tell me I'm more in the wrong than you are because I'm only going 10 over and your going faster.

See you can't also take the extreme. There WILL be a time where you will have enough room to move over, for the guy going 130 behind you to pass you and you to get back into the left lane. Nobody expects you to pull behind a semi just to appease the 130 guy, but if there is a gap, it is expected you to pull into it so that they can pass.
It really isn't that hard.
Recently drove up to Edmonton going 130 the whole way. There were people going 140-150 behind me, and I would always just pull to the right lane (rapidly gaining on the people doing 110, and possibly slowing a bit myself) to let them pass, then get back into the left. It's just the courteous thing to do.
