I have to say all these rules seem to promote the same thing; cutting down on the time for speeders on the road. What should I care if someone wants to go 10, 15, 20 above the limit? I should actively get out of their way so they can speed? I'm not saying I drive like a dick in the left lane and hold up 20 cars behind me... but why should I care if someone wants to blow past me doing 70 on a 50 road?...
