I know you and your community are doing all the right things. It has to begin at our civilian level. Then it goes up to government. Get the true Muslims to run for political office and be in positions of importance and make a difference in the western world. Get the message out into the media. It never gets into the media because there aren't important Muslims in power. And maybe it will funnel to Muslim countries.
Bring the good things in Western society (if you think there are any) and compliment them with Muslim values.

And stop funding from who? good luck trying to stop Iran from giving them money.
It's a lot easier said than done. People there are just trying to survive on a daily basis not worry about protesting and change. There will be no revolution there and never will be. The best solution would be to stop invading their countries.

My best friend is Muslim and is married to a Christian and they have 3 kids. her dad is a hard core religious guy and refuses to see the kids or her because she married a muslim. It really does work both ways.
