why why why would you choose canuck colours.... that just isn't right!!!
you should be able to get a better deal than $40/jersey... just from a local sports store.
i just priced out blank jerseys for my men's team - rbk jerseys (the black ottawa ones that say "sens"... ottawa's 3rd jersey) and we can get them for around $30/jersey... cheaper than i can get a knock off (athletic knit was around $40 for the same jersey)
i'd recommend talking to local sports stores (do you have a sports excellence where you are?... that's where i went) - as soon as you mention team sale of about 30 jerseys (15 players x dark & light) the prices come down.
another thought.... one of the teams in my mens league ordered jerseys from china - they got the green blackhawks jersey - with nhl players names/numbers on the back - then they just removed the namebar. i think they were only $25/jersey... maybe $30. i'm not sure of the webpage, but i'm sure if you dig around on google you could find something similar.
oh... and again... why canucks colours??
