You're talking about renting? Because if you're looking at buying property, values in that neighbourhood will depend a lot on what happens with the brewery buildings.

Yes, the YWCA is the on just south of Blackfoot and 9th. That was the one I was talking about.
I am not too worried about airplane noise, and I think I am far enough from the train tracks that the noise wont affect me too much.
Yeah, I was looking to rent. I already saw the place this morning. Just wanted to see what CP's opinion was regarding the neighbourhood.
