I just got back from viewing the place. Its a nice place. I like that 9th ave SE is so close to where I stay, it seems like a cool place. I like that its not "corporate-y". It seems like a quiet neighbourhood. The Calgary Police Crime Map showed not too many dangerous incidents in the past month.

The place where I will be staying is close to the YWCA. Is there a lot of bottle-picker traffic there?

Also, I noted that Ceili's Irish Pub is close by, anyone been to there? How are the clientele? Also, are hockey games shown there?
