Except that one part of the Canadian self-identity inferiority complex is comparing ourselves to the ignorant Americans who don't even deign to know what goes on beyond their own borders. This is also one of the recurring themes on this board whenever Americans are brought up.
The lack of recognitionor knowledge about a region that not only has direct links to our culture and history, but is one of the primary reasons we exist is obviously hilarious.
