The Ohl has been one of the more effective producers of top end talent in recent years. Out of the last 3 years, not only has it dominated at the draft table, but it has produced 8/9 of the top 3 players drafted.
In those years, the flames have drafted exactly one player from the OHL. That tells me, they aren't doing a great job of scouting that league.
