Fair enough and if it's not busy and I'm going slower I'll usually get out of the way. Since it is not a rule within the city, if it's busy and I'm going the limit (I'm typically about 5 - 8 km over the limit) I certainly don't feel bad not getting out of the way.

People drive like idiots and unfortunately, those who feel they are entitled to drive faster than everyone else put me in danger so they can go to hell as far as I'm concerned. I don't care how good of a driver they think they are, the faster you go the more likely you are to be involved in or cause an accident.

If I'm behind someone going the limit I have no problem, if they are going 10 under it annoys me, but I'll just wait for my chance to pass by.. No big deal.
