I'm a horrible speeder but I don't get pissed with people who are doing the limit...as long as its not in the left lane. Unless they are Asian and can't see over the steering wheel...then it's warranted.  |
As I understand it (maybe I'm wrong) in the City the slower traffic keep right rule does not apply. That is only on highways.
