Glady's kitchen is actually where I got hooked on chicken and waffles.. I go there every time I head into Atlanta. Fried chicken with white gravy, fried corn, and mac&cheese.. Corn bread is so good, and with the maple nut waffles........ mmmmmm
We were in DC this past September and had some chicken and waffles, and now I am craving it again...
Chicken on the way's chicken is just not the same
... When they do it right, the chicken is not greasy at all! I don't know how they do it.
