I am not defending Moss, never have. That being said, everywhere he has been sans Oakland, he has been considered an exemplary teammate. He has never divided locker rooms per se, but his issue has always been with management/coaches.

Belichik is just doing what he always does with a player that he considers to have spoken out of turn...get some value for him. As much is I am no fan of BB, he is simply the smartest guy in football right now. He knew he would never have re-signed Moss for the money wanted, and when RM spoke out about it the first 2 weeks of the season, he saw the perfect opportunity to move him without having to answer to the fan base.

Fisher is a much more established and stronger coach than Chilly so he should be able to manage Moss better. One thing for sure is that Moss better be on good behaviour on his 3rd team this year or he's not going to have much of a market for his services in the offseason.

All very true, and why I believe this will work out really well for the Titans. There is motivation from both parties to make him be the best he can be and then see where the chips fall after the season. Particularly good timing for Fisher with Britt out a good part of the rest of the season.
