I don't get how you can be a fictitious character attached to a sin number, since your sin number is your prime identifier with the government.
So I guess he shouldn't get paid because his employee number is attached to a fictitious character.
The only reason why your friend hasn't paid taxes is that the government hasn't caught him yet, but when they decide to kick the crap out of him, he's going to feel like his hole was reemed by the front end of a 747
