They want to
eliminate the National Endowment for the Arts before cutting 1 penny from discretionary defense spending? 664 billion dollars in discretionary defense spending that Heritage won't touch, but apparently they're outraged that the equivalent of 0.02% of that spending is done for the Arts?
And this is why it is hard to take ideological organizations seriously.
