My wife also finds that she can't talk and press the phone up against her shoulder if she needs to use both of her hands to talk, or else she too will put the call on hold.
So my question is, is there some way to disable these buttons while talking on the phone? or decrease the touchpad sensitivity, or something? I am sure we are not the only people that have found this to be a problem.

I just press the lock button after the call is connected. Unless this is a different issue.
