That doesn't really matter.
To put it (very) simply......people are pissed off that what took Bush 8 years to destroy has taken Obama more than 18 months to fix.
Common sense has completely left that country, which is why (I'm sure) we'll see a big Republican win.....particularly amongst "Tea Party" candidates.
