What's the scam again?
Couple guys just came by my house asking if I wanted to have my carpets cleaned for free because my neighbours, who placed the service order, couldn't have it done because their kid broke his arm. They gave some names of the neighbours but I have no idea who they are.
I've heard about this in the past with cement work. What's the scam again?
