yikes, that has got to be close to 100% of the daily reccomended intake of sodium, that is why it is bad. less calories and fat then the whopper though (although, I have a whopper once in about 5 years)

That's more than the daily recommended intake of Sodium. You should try and keep it under 1500 mg.
