With some recent roster movement, the Panthers had some spots to fill so we dug up some prospects to add to the roster. Center Alex Friesen, Right wing Patrick Cehlin, D Olivier Magnan-Grenier and D Brendon Nash.

Alex Friesen was a 6th round pick of the Vancouver Canucks in this year's draft. He's amongst the league leaders thus far in the OHL, and was one of the Canucks better forward prospects in the prospect tournament before training camp.

Patrick Cehlin is a Predators 5th round pick from this past draft, where he was drafted as an overager. He's 3rd in the SEL in points amongst players under the age of 20, and plays a very determined game.

Olivier Magnan-Grenier is a D-man currently in the NHL. He's playing with New Jersey. Whether that's a good thing or not, who knows, but any time you get someone young that's currently in the NHL for free, that's a bargain.

Lastly is Brendon Nash. He's a D-man with the Hamilton Bulldogs and is doing fairly well there with a pair of goals along with 4 assists to start the season. He was an unsigned college player who just received a contract in June.
