Fffffffff. So I bought an Iphone from a girl at work and it was locked to rogers. I checked the IMEI on the Bell website and it said it should work on the Bell Network. Anyway I jailbroke/unlocked but the phone was upgraded to 4.1 and the baseband version does not allow me to downgrade
what are my options? I talked to rogers and a rep suggested there are 3rd party companies who will unlock the phone and even suggested apple would unlock the phone.
