He is at Tottenham now, his fiscal dealings there have nothing to do with his time at Pompey
Kaboul is a depth player at Spurs though, not a starter, but he probly would have started 8 or 9 games if he hadn't been injured the last month
and the 9.5 million pounds was well spent, he can play any position on the back 4 and was massive filling in for injuries last year in them getting 4th
