I'll take your word for it. But dont expect me to waving any 'Arry pom poms. In my opinion the guy is not as good as advertised and I feel his financial acumen is vastly overrated at best.
If nothing else, Pompey has finally demonstrated some Moral Hazard accountability. Its always assumed that clubs can do no wrong and will never fold as there is always someone out there looking to buy them, this shows that its simply not true.
While the EPL and the FA have lately been instituting tighter financial regulations, this demonstrates that these have been needed for a while and they are reacting far too slowly once again.
