I came here to post just this. The owner's told me that they probably will end up closing Mi Tierra (the original location in Oakridge) down. Agreed on the ghetto, and I actually have yet to try the mole. The Puerco Bean Burrito though, is quite possibly the best Mexican anything I've ever had.
