Agree about Higgins - I saw her at a forum where all candidates were given the same question and asked to respond - she had the "deer caught in the headlights" look, that "performance" told me all I needed to know about her abilities to handle unexpected situations...
I was actually impressed with how good a speaker McIver is (compared to some others, Nenshi is still the most eloquent of the bunch)
