In regards to the comparison between the two, I personally haven't seen an open comparison online that details their two platforms.
I would suggest having a look at this video of the top three candidates debating each spliced from all the mayoral forums though. As it'll probably give a greater understanding of which of McIver and Nenshi you trust to be mayor.

I don't know your preferences, but what I find really interesting about Nenshi is that although he gets the tag of being a liberal professor, he's actually a more fiscally conservative businessman. He's not really about cutting taxes out right, but he is all about accountability and a more streamlined civic government.
Alot of his comments in the above debate clip ellude to that. Especially when he talks to the builders about how they need to be able to streamline the building process.
