But that would have been too simple. The American people would never have fallen for such a simple deception. The cheese had to be placed just right so that the mice could hit a few dead ends before being led to the goal. It was ALL PART OF THE PLAN!!!! Just imagine trying to pass off a major multi-department government conspiracy as just 19 horny fundamentalist hijackers....yeah right...like the smart ones would go for that....
