With the players he has at his disposal this team should be much higher in the table, not top 4 sure, but 7th to 10th. Tactically they are adrift and static. He is not adapting to situations. Why? Don't ask me, I just don't get it.
We can put some blame on the players, certainly. But this team does not look prepared in any way, shape, or form. At Anfield Liverpool would be attacking teams from the off, not sitting back against the likes of Sunderland and Blackpool for cripes sake. It's pitiful.
Roy, nice guy that he is, is not the man for the job. He accepts mediocrity too easily for my liking. Smiling after a defeat like that is ridiculous.
If we wait until January I fear it may be too late.
