Anyone complaining about the videos needs to volunteer and coach for a season. As already said in this thread, there are 18 parents who all want the best for their child (Naturally) while the coach's job is to look out for the best interests of the team. There is a reason there is a shortage of coaches at the higher levels of hockey!
