It takes about one hour to watch the videos. Mostly common sense stuff, but there are some parents who need to hear the message.
This is my son's first year - are there really that many parents causing problems at the arena?
They told us at the first meeting that there about 90,000 kids playing minor hockey in Calgary. Only one child out of 90,000 will make it to the NHL. That means "fun" should be the main reason your child is in hockey. They also told us not to let hockey control your life, and to skip practices and games when you have other things going on.
It was interesting/sad to learn how many refs and coaches quit because of parent abuse.
If you are worried about how much ice time your child is getting, you need a new perspective. One study showed that winning was only the tenth most important thing to kids in playing hockey, ranking far below being with friends and having fun.
