Funny thing is that Nenshi is actually doing better in the NW and SW than in the NE. One theory is that the NE is cynical about getting one of their own elected and are polling strategically for Higgins. That could change in a hurry with the latest poll result: if it's a statistical tie, there is no strategic "anyone but" choice.
