It's not a story about miners..........it's a story about people.
They were down there for over 2 months. At first, most people just assumed they had died. It is a massive ordeal to drill down there and bring everyone up alive.
I told my wife tonight that we're going to remember these past couple of days for the rest of our lives. It's historical. And as much as there's a lot of crappy headlines in the news today, this was different. I don't think most people would bat an eye anymore if 33 people died somewhere in the world today or tomorrow.........we're used to hearing about that. So to actually see 33 people that were presumed dead at one time being brought back to the Earth's surface while their relatives waited was pretty emotional.
Something like this doesn't exactly happen every day.
