I agree. I don't think any one character looked entirely bad or good. Eduardo really did come off as naive and bitter. He was clearly jealous of Parker, who had the vision to take the company to the next level.
I'm glad that Eduardo wins in the end though. According to Wikipedia he gets 5-6% of the company, which is probably around a 1 billion dollars. Even though he was an awful CFO, he was essentially tricked into a contract as shareholder. Even though he doesn't get his 35% back, he still gets 1 billion dollars for being in the right place at the right time.

I agree 100%. I don't think they deserved much in the end. Facebook was a similar idea to their idea, but you cannot copyright an idea. I think the most they shoudl have gotten was damages for a delay in the launch of their lame dating site.
