Back to the OP -

I think the issues in these ridings all pretty much stem from the massive growth in a short amount of time. City services are desperately needed in many areas. While some progress is being made (hospital, fire, schools, etc.) there is till a huge need for transit, arenas, pools, clinics, and the like.

I will be looking for innovative ways of paying for it all. Maybe P3's are the answer? I dunno.
