No it wasn't. A lack of catches doesn't mean a lack of impact. With Moss on the field you can be pretty much certain that the defense will put their number one corner to that side, and likely bring safety help. That completely opens up the field for your other recievers. If Moss isn't on the field that's a completely different defense Brady is looking at.
