Is it an ATI card? ATI uses a 7-pin out connector that can be adapted an outputted into a number of formats depending on the card. I've had ATI 7-pin adapters that change the 7-pin output into: Component, Composite, S-Video, etc.
I've got a few kicking around if you want one(I think I have a 7-pin to Component and a 7-pin to composite/s-video). You might want to check out what the card can output first.
