That was awesome, although nowhere near as good as King of Subs.
I wonder if Safeway still sells curds. I went looking for some a few years back and couldn't find any. I don't imagine they were a big seller.
Edit: On a side note... I've heard of a place in Quebec called St. Hubert, and their sauce is supposed to be better than Swiss Chalet. Is this true?

The Safeway downtown does sell cheese curds - we pick them up there all the time - I think we get them near the deli counter/bakery. I've heard that they don't squeek once they're refrigerated, so it's tough to find ones that do squeek unless you can find a dairy that sells to the public.
St. Hubert's sauce is better than Swiss Chalet. They also make a Poutine gravy mix that is AMAZING. And vegetarian to boot! We pick up St. Hubert packages at the cheese place in Crossroads Farmer's Market.
